CPRE-AL RE@Agile Certification Training

Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering - Advance Level (CPRE-AL) RE@Agile is a new certificate by International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB), Germany.

Requirements Engineers are often at a loss when it comes to perform their Requirements Engineering (RE) work in an informal and fast paced environment. The situation often increases the project risk. This certification prepares you for taking on the challenge and make your project successful.

This workshop provides the essential information needed for those in the business analyst or requirements engineer role to be successful on Agile projects. Participants will use Scrum processes to write and prioritize user stories and get the detail needed for the Team to plan and build user stories. You will apply what you learn in a series of hands-on activities using a realistic case study that takes you through the agile requirements process, with example solutions. This course can also be taught on-site for a project team. The team’s project can be used as the basis for the course activities, resulting in the creation of key artefacts, such as the Product Backlog, the selection and prioritization of themes and stories for releases and iterations, and release and iteration plans
